On Sunday, 3 June, the celebration of Mor Shemun Zeyte took place in the city of Liège. This Saint is originated from TurAbdin. The Syriac Orthodox Bishop of Belgium, Mor Gewargis Gawriye, presided the religious celebration with the presence of the new priest of Liège, Abouna Fikri Gabriel. Afterwords, the people went to the hall for the continuation of fetivities where the choir of the church sang relious and profane songs.
