Eddie ”Gaboro” Hanna from Australia, the founder of Patriarchal Relief Care Australia, has made several visits to Syria where he documented the destruction of the country and also the Kurdish abuses against the locals. In this program we show some clips from his lecture in St. Petrus Syriac Orthodox Church in Hallonbergen, Stockholm, where he clearly points out the treason of the Dawronoye in Qameshly and Khabour by acting as puppets to the PYD Kurdish occupation. The so called MFS (Syriac Military Council) is in reality led by Kurds, and up to 90% consisting of Muslim Kurdish and Arab members. For example, the village of Rasafa near Khabour is occupied by MFS and the Muslim local leader of MFS denied Eddie Hanna entry to the village.

It was the MFS who kidnapped young Assyrian and Armenian men and gave them to Kurdish YPG in order to send them to the front in Afrin. This happened on January 20, 2018, the same day Turkey started its operation in Afrin. Those young men are the only sons of their family, thus free from military service according to Syrian law. But Kurdish PYD does not respect any such condition. Eddie Hanna also witnessed the occupation of homes of Christians in Qameshly who have left because of the war.

Eddie Hanna is a neutral individual and has no connection to any political organization or party. His work is humanitarian and directed to the vulnerable Christians of Syria, blessed by Syrian Orthodox Patriarchate.
